Kevlar or carbon reinforced clutch plates give a more precise feeling when operating the clutch, and they are much more resistant to high temperatures, they are significantly less likely to burn.
Steel clutch plates, consisting of 7 steel plates. Barnett also has a set of 5 reinforced clutch springs.
