The specially hardened stainless steel ensures optimum braking characteristics with a long service life. Each brake disc is CNC lasered and ground flat on both sides (0.003mm margin) to exacting tolerances. This eliminates even the most minimal vibrations.
The clever positioning and size of the ventilation openings ensure that heat is always discharged evenly. The contact zone between the brake pad and the brake disc is continuously cleaned. As a result, there is always powerful and predictable braking action under an extremely high thermal load. The inner ring is CNC machined from aircraft aluminum, black anodized and “Floating” mounted in the outer ring with special stainless steel floaters.
