The Healtech servo eliminator is the solution for anyone who has installed a sports exhaust. After mounting a sport exhaust without a valve (also known as ExUp valve, SET valve or exhaust servo) the servo motor and cables are redundant. A waste of space and unnecessary ballast in the form of the (now useless) servo motor.

Why a Healtech servo eliminator?
The servo eliminator provides the on-board computer with a signal equal to that of a properly functioning servo motor. As a result, the ECU assumes that everything is working properly.
This prevents malfunctions in the engine management and therefore prevents the FI light from flashing on the dashboard. The FI (Fault Indicator) message, referred to by some as the F1 message, indicates the malfunction of the engine. The constant blinking of this light is already irritating, but it also has a risk: the driver gets so used to an error message that he might not be alert to it when the engine actually indicates a malfunction. The servo eliminator prevents this.

Mounting the servo eliminator is very easy, because this module is equipped with plugs that simply plug into the original wiring harness. Place the engine on a firm surface with the ignition switched off. Disassemble the fairing parts for the original servo motor, and disassemble the servo itself. Plug the servo eliminator into the wire harness, and mount it to the frame with a tie-wrap. Preferably place a strip of foam between the servo eliminator and the frame, to counteract vibrations.

The module is 100% waterproof, shockproof and can withstand large temperature differences. The electrical components are cast in thick epoxy that protects against moisture and vibration, making the module function properly under all conditions.

The servo eliminator is lightweight, only 25 grams.
