Shipping costs within the Netherlands
Free shipping for orders over $150.00. Orders with an order value between €75.00 and €150.00 have €3.50 shipping costs. Orders under €75.00 are subject to €7.50 shipping costs. All amounts include VAT.
Shipping costs to foreign countries
Shipping costs outside the Netherlands from €7.50. Actual shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the amount of the order. There is also an important difference in normal or priority shipping! Shipping costs include VAT within EU countries. Shipping costs outside the EU are without VAT.
These shipping costs are automatically calculated in our webshop and shown to you in the settlement of your order. (Of course, before you finalize your order!)
Delivery times
Bunkerparts tries to deliver your order to you within 5 business days. This does depend on the stock we have. General items we usually have in stock. Engine-specific items are ordered for you, then delivery time depends on stock at wholesaler/importer. We will inform you about this.
Pick up order
It is possible to pick up your order yourself in Plasmolen. As soon as your order is ready for you we will be in touch. This is done by phone or by mail . Pickup is available by appointment only. Please note that we do not have a PIN facility and you cannot pay in cash with us.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
What to do when returning
We advise our customers not to accept damaged packages. Each item is checked at our facility before it is shipped. Should you still find shipping damage after opening the package, you must contact us within 1 business day.
Returns without prior notice and/or insufficient postage will not be accepted. Complaints about the item must be reported to us within 2 business days of receiving the shipment.
In case of material or manufacturing defects, we provide warranty according to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions.
COOLING PERIOD
You have the right to return items delivered by us in unused condition within 14 days of receipt in original undamaged packaging with a copy of the relevant invoice. You can do so without stating the reason for return.
If the items are unused and have been returned in a timely and correct manner, Bunkerparts will refund you the price paid, excluding shipping costs, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after returning the items.
If the items delivered by us have not been returned within the “sight” period of 14 days, the items are considered accepted by you without any objection. Custom solutions are excluded from the right of return. Return of items is at your expense and risk. It is wise to ask for a shipping receipt when making returns. Returns without prior notice and/or insufficient postage will not be accepted.
We also need your bank account number to refund amounts already paid (in the case of prepayment).
Please note that the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to Bunkerparts. This is due to possible fraud with refunds.
